Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

I have a dilemma. I received two different job offers. One from a VERY good consulting firm, the other from a corporate company (pharmaceutical industry). Both in sustainability field, same salary. One 200km from home with possibility to work remotely most of the time (consulting), the other literally 850 meters from my house right now. The corporate company offers 6 months at first with the possibility to get a permanent contract afterwards. The consulting firm proposes a permanent contract. What should I do?
Bain & Company Hi All. I am an Energy Engineer and 3 years of experience. I want to switch to a management consultancy because I think I would be a good fit for strategy consulting and want to move into ESG/Climate Financing. I would love to interview with your team if you’re looking to hire someone with this background (happy to share more via DMs).
The purpose of this post is to also ask for referrals so please let me know if I could reach out to you for that. TIA! McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group

I haven’t started yet, but signed to EY for 130k as a SC. I tried to negotiate, but didn’t work on salary but they did budge on signing bonus from 10k to 20k. I’m in a tier 1 US city , east coast. I have a masters of science in engineering (3 years and coauthored/lead author on climate change related papers). 1.5 YOE in consulting, ~4 YOE in research/internships hitting climate change and sustainability topics. I also have a B.S degree and coauthored a paper about the effects of climate change back then. I am leaving a consulting job that paid about 70k, working on energy related government work.
Masters in Business Administration (not MBA), 2 YOE, ~84k in T1 city in Germany.
High 90s, 2.5 YOE, T1 city USA, bachelor’s degree.
I know nothing about boutique but big 4 definitely provides pretty quick career acceleration (promotions every few years) and you work with very motivated people, though hours/expectations can be quite challenging at times.
Just finished my masters (not engineering or Msc) and got two offers: sustainability analyst at PwC for $72k and ESG in PE for $75k.
8 YOE $90k in Net Zero Transition (Energy and Industry Practice) living in London
I work at an employee-owned boutique B-corp firm in Toronto, Canada. Have ~3 YOE incl co-ops and am taking a PT masters of sustainability management. As a year 2 analyst I make $57k but my bonuses are ~ 80% of my base salary.
