When do you know that it's time to get off of an internal project? I dont want to let my team and network go but I simply dont have the capacity or energy to do a great job anymore

My area of law I work with alot of "Finance bros" some may even refer to me as a "bro". When I talk to these guys I try to be relaxed with them to have a good client relationship and I don't want to come off as a Suit. But still want to be seen as a professional.

Prior to consulting I have 10 yrs of Pharma experience with a MS in Engineering (non-CS) and data science. Fluent in Python, Ruby and Java but never coded professionally. I am currently a care coordinator with one of the big insurance companies. I want off the phone, I have been applying for Rn jobs in utilization but have not gotten the last 5-6-7 I applied for, I lost count… I am thinking more analytics and business side of things now. What was the most memorable pro bono project you've worked on?

I have ADD and occasionally make small mistakes in my work, like leaving a word missing when editing sentences, small formatting errors or leaving an internal comment in drafts sent to clients. All partners have been very understanding and care about the quality of my work, and no client has ever complained. Partners and clients praise my work.

But now, one partner has become super mad and when I explained ADD, he said:
