What are good exit opportunities that exist for someone who has worked 1 yr as an analyst at a boutique firm?

Is anyone looking to exit corporate life altogether? Trying to balance the emotional gut punch of taking a massive pay cut with the benefits of being able to live a life that is not dictated by the demands of my job.

I'm a Communications major and a Management major. I have a Marketing concentration and a System Information & Business Analytics concentration. I accomplished this in 4 years and will be graduating this semester.

Employer is 100% sponsoring MPH and decided to take it to further expand network and it's decent (T20). Wondering if Epidemiology or Healthcare Management would be a better concentration? 1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.

Hi Fishes I am in a complex situation, please help me out..

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

After that I got one offer and joined immediately. But now I don't like to work here as I have to go to office all 5 days mandatorily, also role is slightly new to me.

How can join in TCS on the selected date ?
