First American Financial Corporation I have attended two rounds of interview in First American Finan Company last week and have received an email that I have been selected in their interview process. The talent acquisition team did not send me an offer letter instead have sent me a BGC form which I submitted yesterday. I found it very strange as usually first offer letter is rolled out and then BGC check happens if the candidate accepts the offer. Today there was no communication. Can anyone tell me if they faced this situation?TIA

Ex Persistent employee here, worked as Tech Arch there. Genuine suggestion, Persistent is a shit org avoid joining at all cost
Go with persistent
The reason : there it will be one project on which you have to work while as in Barclays or majorly banks they will ask you to work on multiple projects
Also banks will ask about above and beyond work you have done last year so better be with persistent and grow there
Don’t go to persistent, it cannot be considered as professional organisation

Barclays is better imo. But the package offered is very less for 11y exp.
I would suggest you to negotiate or get some other offer.

Persistent is good but it is still a service based organisation.
Go for Barclays , product based wlb will be good , persistence still service based client delievery pressure and everything would be there
In how many days/week you had recieved an offer letter after all rounds of interviews.
Recently I had given interview where 2 technical rounds happened and HR said there will be 3rd round too Managerial cum HR.
Also wanted to know how's your tenure in Barclays overall (in terms of WLB, WFO/WFH/hybrid, Politics 😉)
