Hello. I have 12 years of overall experience and 6 as relevant.
I got two offers for servicenow development roles.
Waivgen(acquired by Syncheron) - Senior technical consultant
LTIMINDTREE - Specialist architecture
Both are almost the same pay. I would like to know which company is having good job stability, work life balance and want to know which company is better to join for career prospects. Also, may I know how much is fair pay for 12 years overall and 6 years relevant?LTIMindtree
LTI Mindtree is pathetic and work-life experience at LTIM is as pathetic as it gets. The increment culture here is much worse. Key members of the team are expected to do more than 80% of the work. To be very honest, 20% of the members will be doing 80% of the work, and the rest 80% would be doing 20%. The 80% people only get 0% hike or 1 or 2%, and the 20% people, which are doing extra effort, are only getting 5% hike max. To be very honest, if you want to spend some time in any good company, then try to ditch companies like LTIM
Thank you for the response. I currently have Synechron and ltimindtree offers only. I am planning to stay for just 1 year only. Do you think it is better to go for Synechron?
