I need help to decide between which company to join. I have two offers : @IBM and another org.
IBM : Package - 45 LPA fixed, Labs department, Band 7b
Org2 : Package - 40 fixed + 2.5 JB + 20% variable (50 LPA total)

I have total of 11 years of experience and my last CTC was 25.5(fixed), 7L(stocks), 4L(bonus). Please give some insights on this. Is the package is good for my experience or not? And also comment on work in Labs department.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

I wanted to reschedule my hiring manager screen this week because I tested positive for covid and feeling sick with symptoms. Recruiter seemed annoyed and said hiring manager is busy for the rest of the week so I kept the original time slot.
