I recently had an interview with Merck/ MSD Pharmaceuticals (2 technical rounds). Post the second round I got an email from HR asking for documents like aadhar, pan, salary slips, cancelled cheque. She also called me after 2 days asking for salary expectations and notice period.
But no update after that it's been more than a week. Has anybody faced a similar things? Can I expect an offer?

I got selection mail from tcs on 22 Aug, they asked to upload documents next day. HR discussion is not done yet , how many days they take to do the hr discussion after uploading documents ?

I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. They decided last minute to make me a Software Content Manager, but kept my title as is since it was supposed to be a 6mo rotation. I’m still an SCM, and am taking on leadership roles in the group. How do I ask for a title change and pay increase to reflect what I actually do? Do I ask my contract house, or my NASA mgmt? Should I ask to make the pay retroactive since I was hired to do one thing, but do another?
