It’s only Wednesday. 🤬

Hi fishes, I attempted an interview for software engineer post at Amdocs. I cleared the first round of interview and later contacted the recruiter for the same. The recruiter replied by saying they will let me know once panel will be available.
It’s been around 2 weeks I haven’t heard from the recruiter.
Can anyone guide me and help me with the same?

Dear Amdocs Hiring Team, Thanks for the worst experience. You guys took almost 2 months for hiring process, asked for all the documents, even shared the CTC breakup over email and at last after multiple follow ups over calls and emails, you replied by stating that "Unfortunately , we are not moving ahead with your candidature at moment." When I asked the reason, you are clueless till now what to say? You guys even don't have enough courage to respond my calls. #Amdocs #Hiring

As a former company executive with over 20 years of law enforcement experience, I humbly offer you the following advice. I know this probably isn’t the answer you are looking for, but my recommendation is to keep your mouth shut and seize the opportunity to gain all experience you can. I’m not sure of your experience, but I assume that if you had the background to land a paralegal position, you would have already done so. I believe gaining the paralegal experience is far more advantageous than risking your current position for a dollar or two an hour raise. Therefore, if you work another year or two gaining substantial paralegal experience, you can then seize the opportunity to obtain a paralegal position potentially earning much more. Good luck. Don’t get discouraged. Have a plan and execute the plan accordingly. Experience is key.
