I just received an offer from KPMG as a CIO Advisory, and another offer from Accenture as a Junior Management Consultant in their Technology Strategy & Consulting entity, I honestly don't know which one to choose. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

Thinking along the lines of:
- Platforms you'd keep away from
- Gigs that people have missed the boat on by now or instead that have just taken off only now
- Specific hustles that aren't worth the upfront cost/hassle in setting up or that are super hard to hire for
- Policies/attitudes you'd adopt going into things this time around

My friend’s dad was a firefighter during 9/11 who died very young because of lung cancer. He was one of those who were denied coverage. She was just having a really hard time this week. Do any of you struggle with feeling like you owe other people. Or I guess owe your employer, company, team etc to put in your best effort? I think I feel this way but to the point of it being detrimental. And I’m not sure how to fix or change it. It’s like my whole existence is a ledger i need to keep in balance (lol accounting analogy)
