I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

I live in California which I've heard has amongst the more generous maternity leaves. I had 4 weeks prior to due date and then 6 weeks of "disability leave" postpartum (8 weeks if it had been a c/s) followed by 12 weeks of "family bonding" leave. The 10 weeks of disability are paid by state at 65% your salary (but capped at a certain amount) + our organization had supplemental coverage which gave some too. The remaining 8 of 12 weeks of family bonding are paid by state (the last 4 weeks were unpaid)
You can also tack on your extended sick days (we had tonuse those) and any PTO you want- these are paid full.
I do know others in CA who's employer did not grant all the above. The state will allow up to certain amount but its up to the employer. I would reccomend seeing what your state grants and then try to negotiate with your employer accordingly.
