I’m trying to get my parents into adopting healthier eating habits but nothing is really sticking. Do you have any recommendations or like books I can give them to teach them what’s actually good to eat vs. falling for good marketing/ fads?

I think that I have eating disorder. I am always hungry but when I get food I can’t finish it, usually I am done after 2-3 bites and then I am hungry again after an hour. Anyone has similar issues? Have you been to a nutritionist or dietitian? If yes, is it covered by Insurance?

I’ve been on Wellbutrin for about a year and it was working…but I feel the depression coming back. I don’t want to just keep upping the dosage (went from 150 -> 200). I’m not too sure what to do and therapy is something I can’t afford right now with my recent rent increase. Any thoughts or advice?

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

Been working as an Assistant Technician for 3 years (2 years excluding pandemic) pay is £21k now £22 adjusted for inflation. I will be completing my Part 1 in architecture but also have a degree in Technology, should I find a different company after graduation or take roles offering £30-45k as an Architectural Technologist/Technician.

I’m 27 & going to go to back to college for my bachelors. I have worked in the legal field for about 8 years & I’m burnt out. I’m curious to know if anyone has experience working part-time in architecture? I have been working for large international firms in NYC for the past 10 years. So I work all day every day. My evenings and often the weekends are all absorbed by work duties. Working part-time would allow me to find a better balance, and carve out space for side gigs and eventually start my own firm.
