Nowadays I'm seeing lot of singapore opportunity for contract and extendable contract position.there is a new visa rule coming in 2024 (may be) which will be point based system(no control for organization) for the expats mainly to reduce the foreigners .so all these contracts opportunities for untill the new visa rule after that only eligible will stay and others will be kicked out?

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. Although, I am happy with my current position as a respiratory therapist, there seems to be not a lot career growth with where the department I currently work in within my healthcare system. Any clinical reporting folks on here? What type of company are you at and how are you liking it? I provide reporting services in an academic hospital medicine division at a state institution. Reports are mostly performance based and quality improvement (ex. discharge by 10am, length of stay, 30 day readmission, census on Medicine teams at the hospital, etc.) I would love to hear who you support!
