hello! just curious how often after finishing a final round of interview you get an offer letter? i was told i was gonna hear back within a week. checked in with the recruiter but she didn’t hear back either. called her on her number and she’s out of town for the next week. i don’t want to pester the recruiter but im also not sure where i am now?

Every time I try to work with a recruiter, the initial conversation goes great and then I never hear another peep from them. Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to make working with a recruiter worth my time?

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.
