Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

Bro, Sg8 band is till 60 LPA .. Very rare that u ll be fit into sg8.. If they need only sg8, then they ll give 0 hike, and give some hefty joining bonus like 10 lkhs which you ll get in a span of first 6 months as far as I know!

what will be the department I am seeing they have EPEO, GDIA etc? how is the environment? I also heard during interview many people left the organisation in very short period.

GDIA is for AI/ML/Data,
EPEO is Enterprise Platform Engineering Org..

Depends on the LL6/hiring manager.. Here LL6 has the full hiring authority.. I had 1 tech and 1 managerial .. some ve 2 + 1.
Ok, I am dilemma what to do. I am settled in my current company here in Blr. Is it worth to relocate to Chennai? Have 1 kid and wife is not working. I went to puducherry last month and weather was terrific, had to bath 2-3 times.

And, since you're from Bangalore/Punjab, you will absolutely hate/struggle in Chennai.. Pondicherry is a bit less humid than Chennai.. Chennai is too close to equator, so extreme sun rays!!
