I recently was offered a SDE 1 role at amazon, it's been 2 weeks I've accepted the hiring intent,

but they are not sharing the offer letter with me.

my date of joining is being reflected on the system and they have also started the BVG, asking me for bunch of documents.

whats going on? I don't think my employment is in jeopardy but that sounds risky!

My recruiter also seems confused, she promised me that it would take a week only.

I’ve been with my company for 4 years and I’m thinking about applying for a new job. For references, I would like to use my coworkers but I also don’t want to bring up the fact that I’m applying to other places. How should I handle my references when it comes to applying or interviewing with other companies?

Hello all, i am selected for the first round of interview for SAP technical role in SAP America. In a 30 min round, may I know as per your experience, would it be a complete technical interview or a techno-managerial ?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
