I am actively looking for a change as a data engineer, currently working in Deloitte India, i am getting almost no calls inspite of having 7 years of work experience in Azure Tech Stack, whenever i am getting a call they are asking if i am ready to join immediately or not, when i say 90 days notice the profile is not getting ahead, please guide on the tactics you have used to tackle this 90 days situation it will be really helpful

Hy Fishes, I am at really bad position now.
I passed out in 2020. Studied a little full stack. While doing that for 1 yr and applying interviews. I finally landed as devops tarine with 1yr bond.the ctc is 1.2 lakh per yr. its been few months. I have been tarined and have been doing small tasks. After internship company told i will b permanent and the salary will increase.
I liked devops at beginning but now its hard.I am at crossroads. I like am thinking of pursing mba as i like management.
