Hello Sanofi members. I need help with below questions.
1. How is sanofi with respect to work life balance?
2. What is hike % on an avg and year end bonus % payout?
3. What is role hierarchy here?
4. What kind of employee benefits do we have?
5. For 12+ YoE, what roles to be targetted and what is the pay range for that specific role/ band or level?
6. Novartis or Sanofi which is better?
7. I see lot of noise that its not stablized yet. Is it worth to try for such company now?

no 1 knows role hierarchy , I was given L3-2 , but no 1 is able to tell hirerchy, I was trying to reach HR and got to know there are no HR’s , Adecco is the 3rd party HR for sanofi, this is newly starting in India I would treat this as startup till it’s well organised .
No 1 is able to tell how would be the hikes , no 1 knows the role hierarchy ,
Sanofi cannot be compared to Novartis in India.
I would say at this point it’s risky. They have not even given me compete offer letter with joining date yet. They just gave 2 page with addressing me and salary breakup .
I have done lot of research because my offered CTC was 42 fixed + 8 lakhs variable. I felt risk at this point
