Finally left TCS last week and feel the most happiest person ever.TCS was my 4th organisation and I had joined TCS to settle for long term but after 1 year I realised this is the worst organisation one can be with.No first year hike for laterals, no support provided to hard working dedicated employees, only support and leaves are gifted to employees who do nothing and know nothing except dodging work and getting escalations from clients.Forced wfo, forced completion of useless trainings etc.

For example, we hit an api, whether its success or giving any error, whole details will be captured. these tools also can be configured as per your environment like staging, production and all so also can be used to check the usuage

I don’t have issue with that as I live in center location with family so gurgaon and noida are almost equal to me. hardly I will spent 4k per month in petrol. So now what would be best?

I would suggest Genpact. It is a good company, at least better than any other offers you hold. The growth opportunity is good in Genpact.. I would suggest go for it without second thought. Don't go for TCS because of various reasons, including delay in joining. If you are looking for growth, better work environment and work life balance, don't even look at TCS, you will not get that. In Genpact you definitely get all these...

If I were you, I would go with 6 blindly.
1) Fixed is 31
2) Remote job - You save a lot of time and money. I travel 4 hours daily to commute for Gurgaon. Waste a lot of time and money.
You can utilise this travel time in upskilling/Family etc.
Fixed 31 is like everything in this, pf, gratuity and all. And Genpact is 32 lpa include only pf and 10% variable. Medical, gratuity these are top of it. Also, for my location, Gurgaon is just 30 mins far as compared to Noida and living with family so it took me 1-1.5 hr daily only
