5) Coforge (same as Genpact but no JB) - Don’t have info (Noida)
6) Altimetrik (31 LPA fixed) - Fully Remote

I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Not receiving calls for SM or AC even profile is good and have posted in LinkedIn, Naukri, Glasdoor. Known circles are stating that Service based companies in india won't pay more than 30LPA for SM / AC profiles as a reason for not getting calls. Is it true? Any inputs please ?

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
