If I talk about my profile I have completed my masters in mechanical engineering and looking for job in Ontario.

I have experience for one year as a manufacturing technician and 3 years of Mechanical design engineer.

I have tried to apply for jobs on different job boards but I don’t able to find what’s wrong. I get the rejection emails.

If someone can help me or guide it would be really appreciated

As of now, I am working as a Data Associate and my tech stack is: Python, SQL, Aws, kubernetes, docker. I have worked on creation of Novel scripts to parse medical data and optimization of existing data parsing scripts, ETL pipelines and Data Migration. YOE: 1year 2months.

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

Anyone hiring? I’m a PharmD looking to jump from consulting to the industry.

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?
