Long flowy skirt, modest sleeveless tee or tank, light cardigan or over shirt.
A midi shirt dress (think Xirena or Tuckernuck depending on your style) with light cardigan for AC

Shift dress in a breathable fabric. If it’s sleeveless, pair it with a paper thin shawl. Wide leg linen pants or other capris with a nice blouse also works.
Black jeans would be insane behavior.
This is where silk and/or linen midi dresses come in handy. I work in a less formal practice group and try to source these (a-line, long sleeves) for something between a jeans and button up look and a full suit.
Honey, black jeans in that weather? Get yourself a comfy dress and pair it with a light blazer.
