Personal injury- less than 1 on average.

In my firm, maybe 1-2

I’d say 0.5 - 2.0 unless you’re the firm’s lead trial counsel

Depends on their practice. Most I’ve heard in civil litigation is a guy who tried 8-10 cases in a year.

What about for business litigation, e.g., breach-of-contract cases?

Even less

Worst stories about leaving your firm to go elsewhere? How did the old firm take it

It happened again today. I was walking from my car into a building and remembered I had forgotten to lock my car. I had the urge to turn around but I remembered that the only valuable thing in my car was my work laptop. And I would cry tears of joy if someone broke into my car and stole my work laptop. Can anyone relate to this feeling?
