Help. I'm need resources/guidance to create salary ranges for a small nonprofit in New York City.
I have no idea yet if there is a budget for an outside vendor and I've never worked on this before. They may require me to get the info from free resources however I can. Where do I begin? (Bureau of labor statistics was mentioned to me). Any advice from someone who's done this would be appreciated.

Highlights of the year: flew out on 12hr notice to evac E Europe-based employees & families, plugged 3 exposures before they became breaches, built TVM/privacy program from scratch, onboarded new CNAPP.

1. How does EPAM compare to Amdocs? Regarding the job satisfaction, projects, Permanent WFH, etc.

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership?
