I attended Onsite Interview for Qualcomm Hyderabad. 3 Tech, 1 HR.

All went well. HR told me that they will reach out within 3/4 days if I was selected, They didn't call, So I called the HR who invited me for the drive, he said I'm selected and they will send job link in 2 days, Apply->Offer details->offer letter.
but nothing yet.

what to expect and any estimated CTC?

Has anyone ever left finance (or know someone that has) to do something completely different? My experience is split between FP&A and accounting and while I have progressed, I am becoming depressed b/c I feel like I’m in the wrong field. I am generally a motivated, high performing person, but I al starting to slip up and care less, b/c my work is not satisfying to me. I know I just sound like a complainer, but does anyone have any advice?

How to transition from IT/Consultancy to PE or Fintech/ Banking without a huge pay cut? Anyone have done that?
Have been in IT for 20+ years, last 15 in Management. Good exposure to different industries and C-level management with holistic view and hands-on from operations, delivery, sales and some tech.

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.

I have Nvidia interview next week. (Nvidia is dream company for me)

Assuming Nvidia interview takes 2 weeks.
Is it okay if I accept qualcomm offer for nw and reject it later if Nvidia hires me.
Or without accepting qualcomm offer i need to inform same to qualcomm hr
