Recently I have done IJP in citi. Currently I am at C10 and the IJP position is at C11.
However, I have got an offer from outside and I am thinking of taking it and resigning from citi.
What will be the scenario in my case?
Whether they will allow me to resign I am serving IJP notice period of 90 days.
How will they count my notice period of I resign now?
In which team I will be serving my notice period?
