Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure. For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? Is there a better way to frame my answer?

So I have an offer pending but I still have 2 more interviews left for another role that I would like, on Monday. I need to get back to the recruiter by tomorrow on the offer. How bad would it be to accept and then renege later? Even if the second role offers me a position, it would be at least another week at earliest and I can’t delay the first offer any longer.
