Back in Jan 2026 I got an offer from TCS but due to personal issues I couldn’t switch. So offer was revoked.
Now that I’m trying to apply for jobs in my home location it says profile already under consideration because of the revoked offer, I tried to contact the HR who was previously in contact but no reply.
Some consultancy told that it will take 2 years to apply again for TCS.
Can anyone confirm this?

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner?
