I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?

Got an offer from Capgemini for 10LPA fixed and also I got an offer from HCL for 11LPA (includes variable pay but mentioned it will be paid monthly basis) , which one is good to join to develop my career growth. Hi Guys - my CCTC is ~19.5 LPA. Got the offer from HCL with 21 LPA CTC. I have requested them to update the offer as it is ~8% on top of CCTC. What are the chances they will revise the offer?
Also, I have not resigned in the current organization becz of this low hike. Will they change the joining date as well in case of any offer revision?

1. OEM maint management product called MaintWiz
2. Then joined in Ramco Logistics Product very few scope for EAM have to learn SCM from scratch in a bookish way.
