I am a 2nd year Product Design student looking for an internship advice from anyone. I am interested in companies like SharkNinja, Dyson etc. (Home appliances basically). Could you give me some tips on how to land the job? What are the interview stages? What do I need to showcase in my portfolio and what do I need to know before the actual interview?

Also, if you have any companies or start-up recommendations in London, could you kindly share them.

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

Hello everyone, I am graduating this May as a double major in business management and operations and supply supply chain management. I interned at a large 3PL last summer and it led to a full time offer as a operations supervisor. I am supposed to start this June but for some reason I'm not sure if I am on the right track. I have a return offer from a big 4! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as an intern and have no complaints. Would love to go back.
