I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? How much structure, is too much structure for an event?

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day who is the Head of Community for a rapidly growing work-from-home social networking app.

We ended up on the subject of when we each first thought “being a community leader is the job for me”

When we both looked back, each of us had lots of examples in our pasts of leading communities. From High School Clubs to “being the dorm everyone always came to, to study”
