Hey does BGV happens before getting the offer letter?

HR asked me to upload all the documents (only latest like current company, highest qualification pan, aadhar and passport) she didn't asked me to upload past companies documents or my graduation documents she declined to upload it.. does the BGV happens only with this document?

Our grp president sent email recognizing women today, but only sent to a small group. Defeats the purpose, no? Wtf.

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?
