I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them. I don’t want to fall between two chairs for not taking this offer and then not getting any from other companies. What should I do? Best strategy?

How is everyone planning their family vacations? Specially looking for people with kids. I have 2 kids and a family vacation for 4 people for a week easily comes to a min of 5k -6k (flight, car, hotel, eating out every day, entertainment tickets) and if we end up taking 2-3 vacations per year, it costs about 15-20k. Hi Fishes, I've nearly 2.5 YoE in SAP Basis module and I'm not able to figure things out. We were initially trained on ABAP but then told we would work on Basis. But, on seeing the scare no. of Job postings on Job sites and the difficulty in switching jobs. It seems to be a difficult thing going ahead with Basis. Can anyone advise me?

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company.
