What expected CTC range can I ask? 2 Year 2 Months experience. I am currently at 7.5 lpa, they are offering me 10 lpa. It would require me to move to hyderabad from gurgaon. Please advise negotiation.

When industries refer to business intelligence engineers, are they looking at a senior level or entry level? Some of these job descriptions seem rather outlandish in terms of years of experience required like 5+

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). One of my best friends growing up just passed away. We lost contact with each other a year or two after graduating high school and I recently came to learn he was was battling cancer the past 5 years and ultimately succumbed to the illness. He hid it well from everyone and led a very private life during it all. To make matters worse, he had just turned 25. Seeing pictures of the condition he was in towards the end of his fight broke my heart. I wish I had known so I could’ve been there for him.
