EPAM Systems I applied through Naukari for Data Engineer position and received an email from Privacy_Notice saying 'Would like to consider you a job opportunity at EPAM'. I have accepted the terms and conditions in the policy and it's been 5 days now.
Would like to know how long it takes to schedule an interview after accepting the policies?

Its happening everywhere bro in service based companies. First year after joining no hike is given. Tcs , infy, capge, accenture every where. So try to get as much hike as possible initially
Thanks for your feedback!
No Salary hike last year and only 70-80 quarterly variable pay from last 2 years.
7-10%🤣🤣. That’s a lie bro.
In wipro basic salary is exactly 40% of your CTC.
Regarding rest of your questions wiproties can give better answer.
Thank you for your feedback!
7-10 % Hike was given only to employees with low salary or low band.
For Lateral hires, Bench period is 90 days.
But yes one thing is confirmed that for next 2 year's you won't get any hike.
Wipro is having sal range of 10-18lakh for B2 band max they offer 16.5 -17 lpa but if they are offering 18 lpa i think this is fine ,
Please ask them about their bench policies i think u have to get project with in 3 month of joining as you are new joinee
Rest they have 7% varibale i guess. But for B2 band and 5 year exp its fine i guess rest is on you
I am actually getting hired for a project directly...at least that's what the HR has told me. Also a very weird thing, HR said I don't have to go through bench period, when this project gets over I will be directly pooled into another one. Is this something that happens generally?
