Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... They have not mentioned about the JB they mentioned over call.. whom can i speak about these queries.. also does Infosys called back employes to office how the joining process would be??.. TIA...

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I am working as a QAE 1 in Amazon. Current CTC (12.5 LPA base + 3.5LPA bonus) I will get promoted to QAE 2 in Amazon in a year.. I got offer from microsoft for Testing consultant role and the CTC for it is 21LPA. Should I join Microsoft or just stay in Amazon?
