Hey everyone, I'm currently an ETL Tester at TCS with 4.6 years of experience and a CTC of 4.1 LPA 😑. I'm looking into an SDET role (ETL Testing consultant) at Deloitte USI. Any idea what CTC I can expect there?

Also, how does Deloitte USI typically determine hikes—is it more about current CTC or market rates? And if my current package is on the lower side, any negotiation tips to help me out? Thanks a bunch!

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
