I put them through a trial month (no base + commission only) and they do not close a single deal, Even though the commission structure is amazing and I’m incentivizing them through the roof. Hi everyone!! I used to a work for a big social/pr/marketing agency in Vegas where processes were streamlined and hiring/training materials were already put together. I now work for a smaller law firm as the only social person managing 5+ brand related accounts. We (finally) hired a social person to help me! She’s fresh out of college and starts next week. Before I begin putting together her training materials and schedule, I was wondering if anyone here would mind sharing theirs?

So I was hoping I could get some advice! I went through the interview process with a fintech company. At the end of all interviews the recruiter told me the manager was attempting to open a more junior role to better fit my experience but they weren’t sure “if or when she would get the approval”. The recruiter even asked if I was in the interview process with any other companies. This was 3 weeks ago, I followed up once, do I keep following up with the recruiter or do I drop it and move on??
