Hey everyone, I’ve been working as the sole designer at an early-stage startup for the past 7 months, handling everything from UI/UX to team coordination. Unfortunately, the role isn’t paying, so I’ve been trying to switch.

Despite applying actively, I’m not landing any interviews. I’ve built a couple of case studies and improved my portfolio, but no luck so far.

Would really appreciate any advice or tips from designers who’ve been through something similar. Thanks in advance!

I’m extremely out of shape and have just started going to the gym. When i do squats, like literally by squat 5 my knees are hurting. But i know my form isnt wrong. Do i just have bad knees or is this normal when ur out of shape?
