Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? Applied for a role with Salesforce and had both a talent advisor and corporate recruiter reach out to schedule time to talk about the role. Is this normal for the recruiting process for two different people to reach out to schedule time? Is one more senior than the other/different approach?

Had an interview at Walmart Connect and they sent over an exercise doc ( a RFP) for a role which does not heavily involve in it, and it was not discussed during the interview. Has anyone completed it before ? I told HR this is time consuming and too much since they are making you present it…

Has anyone had success renegotiating pay while remaining in the same position? The last two years have significantly changed my local market and the less-than-inflation federal pay raises are not cutting it.
