I have been given 135k for SC3 with a 7+ YoE with a 2yr MBA from T25 and a target EY school. Is there room to negotiate with the recruiter given that I don't have any other offers?

How to ask for signing on bonus of relocation is not considered (due to pandemic)?

That would be a lateral move for me in terms of level which be okay if at least it was a good pay increase but Their quoted pay range for the lower level would make it almost a lateral move financially too..
