I am into performance engineering about to receive offers from Wipro , Infosys and Globant . Till now Globant has provided a fixed of 27 lpa, Infosys might go till 25 or 26 , I was working with PWC for the last 4 years where the fixed is 17 .which one to join , to join Globant I ll have to change the city but for Infosys and Wipro it would be the same city that i m inGlobant one is a banking project (long term project ) for Infosys the client is Ericsson now ,Which one should i join

Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. I worked in the same org for 5.5years and switched in march 2022. I was not allocated a project for 3 months hence changed the org and joined new in July 2022. Now its been 4 months and I am on bench here too with no project proposals coming in. Will it be a good option to go for another switch in comparatively secured organization considering current recession?
