We’re moving to Logan Square this summer. Any dos and donts?

I have been working as a system admin for 5 and half years now. I resigned and decided to use my notice period of 3 months to look more opportunities. Even though i know it's a bit risky, I just thought if not now never. I have been responsible and never had leaves unless it is emergency and worked even during weekoffs. I didn't give anyone any chance to question on my work so far. At frst didnt care that recognition for my contribution is imp too.

I am looking for a job in Product based company.
Can someone help me out with the same.

Any thoughts on next move out of this sideways channel?

What would you consider a fair rent for your average updated studio or 1bd, 1ba apt in Lincoln Park/ E Lakeview these days? Looking at places geared towards late 20s- early 40s young professionals - not necessarily luxury but not run down.
