I took a IT PM job with a company that advertised great work life balance and had pretty good reviews. There was a leadership change not long after and it’s been a consistent stream of cuts since then. I haven’t been there a year quite yet, is it too soon to leave?

Graduating with my finance degree in about a year. I took a part-time healthcare position fill my employment gap but most of my previous experience is in manufacturing logistics and customer service. Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales?
