I have cleared the interviews for EY GDS ( Position mentioned in mail is SS1) and today got the mail to share the documents.
How much I should quote for expected CTC , currently working as senior consultant (service line Consulting) in D USI, CTC is 17.20 lakhs( including 10 percent variable).
YOE - 7.5 years, Skill- Cloud Data engineer.
I don’t have any offer yet and I am looking for offer to resign in D and explore in Market during my notice period time.

Want your opinion. how much base pay can be expected for a senior associate position in Technology Consulting for someone with ~7 years of experience.

This is related to increment/hike.
Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 in Business Consulting Risk Advisory. Current package is INR 17.5 L fixed with 7.5 years of total work experience. Bonus received is 25%.

Can someone please tell what would be the revised fixed compensation (how much hike can I expect). Also, whether will be promoted to M1 Or M2. Thanks.

In my offer letter, nothing is mentioned about variable pay, but the recruiter had mentioned to me about 0-12% variable. Am I missing anything. Do they have any variable component in the salary or not.

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
