Just wanted to understand the current market for US Tax Managers. I’m currently at ₹26.2L fixed with 8.5 years of experience and was promoted to Manager in 2024. I’m planning to switch and wanted to get a sense of what fixed compensation I can realistically expect.

If you’re comfortable sharing, could you mention your YOE, designation, company (optional), and fixed compensation? It would really help me benchmark. Thanks!

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??

My YOE is 4 years. Pls guide me folks....

I have got the ey hr mail stating i should provide him with aadhar card, information sheet and latest resume for a audit and assurance contract for 6 months as iam a semi qualified CA.

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.
