Has anyone recently interviewed with Kaiser Permanente for an iOS role (IC5 level)?

I have cleared the initial round and have my US panel coming up. Would love to understand:
• What kind of questions are asked in the US round (system design / coding / behavioral)?
• How deep do they go into iOS architecture?
• What’s the typical salary range offered for IC5 in India?

Hello everyone! I am looking for advice. I am a C&B Team lead ( about 15 years of experience) but all my experience was in Russia. Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?

Is it worth to take a step back to get more consulting experience for the long run?

Currently S3 in international tax, up for promotion next year but the team is heavily focused on compliance and kinda have to fight for consulting work; got an offer from another B4 as a S1 with $95k base salary(NYC) but the team is mostly doing international consulting, would it be worth it to take the offer if I foresee myself in PA in at least 5 years?

I would never recommend joining this company.Pathetic management,no wlb , working with this company will be very stressful for devs due to bed managers they forced junior dev to work 14hrs a day not only that but giving so much work pressure, unrealistic deadlines, giving threats to Jr dev if they didn't work they'll downgrade them even After working 12+ hrs. Due to bond cnt left.
