The Dark Tower series by Stephen King. Although the books get pretty long, it’s his opus, and it’s amazing to see how he intertwines the protagonist with other characters from his other books. Really amazing. Don’t watch that horrible Dark Tower movie that was made a few years back. Completely deviates from the books and just is not done well at all.

In the HR round, HR told me that we also interviewing other candidates for this position who is the best fit they will receive the offer letter. My doubt is if they feel I am not completely fit for this position why they took the interview?

NOW- it’s not like that. Let me give some context;

I was randomly going through my LinkedIn messages the other day and I saw old messages that I haven’t looked at before. Y’all… I was contacted by a recruiter (who is now the Director) for one of my DREAM companies to work for, back in 2017 for a position. 5 years ago!! But I never responded 😭

Should I respond now?! Perfect opportunity to pitch myself or an asshole move?? LOL HELLLP

I am interested in who gets say in your product prioritisation? We are using RICE scores at the moment, but certain depts feel that they should have a say on priority.
We have teams that work on POCs, before they become problems on the backlog-this seems so backwards?
They say the POC should feed into our product thinking and help shape the solutions we come up with.

Surely the POC should be shaped with the problem in mind-not just what is cool data fun they can build?
