At my current state and past experience i do get a number of interviews. Also, I have seen master degree folks not getting a job.

Wanted to know some of your thoughts.

Since you didn't mention it, if I were you I would get some AI training.

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most, how pissed would you be if you were a supervisor and you had a new direct report on your team with a higher salary than you? The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).
