AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

Are you federal currently? If so, we pay better than Deloitte GPS, have no financial restrictions (reporting stocks etc.) and have a 6% 401k match (after a year of employment). Clients are similar, but our projects are typically more tech focused than Deloitte.
I am, yes. What’s the typical salary for this role? 3.5 years of experience with TS/SCI, and MBA.
The clearance should add a premium to your salary in theory. You'll probably end up somewhere in the 115-140k range with a 10k sign on bonus if you negotiate it. Would be interesting to see what level they offer you.
Jumping in- does everyone at accenture get 6 months parental leave? Do you have firm initiative requirements?
Also, we don't have firm initiative requirements. If you do get involved in them (+1s) they can help with performance outcomes though.
I had recently been told Deloitte can pay much higher for Federal than AFS because they are structured differently. I know I am lakes 30k below what I could make elsewhere as a manager
All of our benefits are published publicly on the Accenture website. There are a ton so it's hard to list them all.
I’m assuming CM means Contract Management? That is a corporate functions role. We do not have firm initiative requirements in corporate functions. We typically get paid less than client facing roles and we are a role based organization. That means that promotions happen 2-4x a year based on level, but there has to be a role at that level to be hired into. You can’t get promoted just because you are performing at the next level.
We get all the same benefits as client facing employees, but it’s a different career path. People typically do not cross over from CF to client facing work, although sometimes people come to CF from client facing it’s a one way street.
Deloitte GPS and AFS both pay crap if you are a lifer - but seem to hate each other enough that both will pay a premium to steal each other’s resources. I’d expect a big pay bump and then some stagnation going in either direction.
