which is the better company in terms of WLB, future growth.

currently staying in navi mumbai on rent.

Is it worth to shift to pune for tredence

YOE : 6.5 years, Tech stack : Data Science

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team.
